After a cool and mild 2021 summer, our slowly ripened Cabernet Sauvignon from Hilltops has produced a medium-bodied wine with lovely floral and fresh fruit flavours.
With soft tannins, it sips smoothly and gives red and dark berry notes. After extended maceration, this vintage was aged in older French and American barrels to carefully let the flavours shine.
