Over the Summer we welcomed over 3,400 old and new faces to the Cellar Door! Across our tastings and Wine Club, you were loving our 2021 Sienna, Rosé and Sunday Afternoon.
Whilst the wet start to the year has led to a much later harvest than normal, the process of crafting our latest vintage has well and truly begun. Simon and his team are looking forward to turning these Hilltop Chardonnay grapes into beautiful méthode traditionelle Blanc de Blanc.
NEW RELEASES
2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
After a cool and mild 2021 summer, our slowly ripened Cabernet Sauvignon from Hilltops has produced a medium-bodied wine with lovely floral and fresh fruit flavours. With soft tannins, it sips smoothly and gives red and dark berry notes. We’re excited about this release!
2019 Shiraz
This outstanding Shiraz has spent two years in a mix of old American (85%) and French oak barrels. It really sings in that aged sweet spot, with stunning secondary-aged flavours of fresh fruit and the depth of the forest floor.
It has a beautiful balance between the palate, oak, and tannins.
